The Church Looks Toward Puget Sound

Methodist leaders convene in Vancouver to strategize church expansion and infrastructure across the Pacific Northwest.

At the Methodist Episcopal Conference in Vancouver, the committee on the German work reported progress, with Rev. B. F. Bonn having built a church and parsonage in New Tacoma. In Seattle, lots have been secured, and a church will be built early in the coming year. The conference officially selected Seattle as the location for its next session. In the event of a division of the conference, the Puget Sound conference will be held in Seattle.

“In Seattle lots have been secured and a church will be built early in the coming year.”
