The story, cleaned up
A cleaned-up reading of the newspaper page: spelling and layout repaired, one story lifted off a crowded page. It follows the original closely but it is not a transcription. The original page is below; read it if a detail matters.
A meeting was held at Porter Saturday that passed resolutions condemning the action of the county commissioners in letting the railroad have the county road on one side of that station, and not compelling them to provide as good a road as they destroyed. The resolutions ask the commissioners to meet with the citizens on the 10th inst., and are signed by 48 resident taxpayers of that section of the county.

This dispute over public right-of-way and corporate encroachment echoes ongoing local debates about infrastructure ownership and the balance between railroad franchises and public access in Grays Harbor.
