Still Harbor Residents Demand Wharf Repairs

Community members at Still Harbor are mobilizing the County Commissioners to address their decaying waterfront infrastructure.

Owing to the unsafe condition of their present float-wharf, the residents of Still Harbor are very desirous of drawing the attention of the county commissioners. At a meeting held January 18, John Seaburg and Charles Larson were elected delegates to visit the commissioners and discover, if possible, the soonest time that a wharf can be erected in their harbor. The matter will be taken up again Friday night by the Still Harbor Improvement club.

“Owing to the unsafe condition of their present float-wharf, the residents of Still Harbor are very desirous of drawing the attention of the county commissioners.”
